Who we serve

Built around how your teams actually work

We work with four kinds of teams. Every service is open to each one, with examples of how each applies.

Why Leveraige

Specialist depth, without building it all in-house

Few companies can justify a full-time hire for every capability they need. We fill that gap with outcome as a service: technology-driven specialists who work in your terms, using human-AI collaboration to augment, automate and accelerate the work.

Outcome as a service

Accountable for the result, not the hours

You define the outcome you need, such as a launch-ready website, a working dashboard or a steadier network. We deliver to that outcome, instead of placing staff or carrying a permanent role on your payroll.

Many disciplines, one team

Capabilities you couldn’t staff alone

Work that crosses infrastructure, software, data and marketing is handled by one team, not several vendors, so nothing falls between the gaps.

Your standards

Output that drops into your workflow

We work to your templates, standards, platforms and brand guidelines, so deliverables are ready to use, not ready to rework.

Domain fluency

No ramp-up on the basics

Our specialists come from the disciplines they work in, so scoping starts with your problem, not definitions.

How we work

From first call to finished deliverable

This is how most engagements run. Each proposal sets out the specifics, so you know what we are doing, what we need from you and when you will see results.

  1. 1
    STEP 01

    Scoping conversation

We align on the problem, the deadline, the inputs you already hold (documents, systems, data) and what success looks like.

You bring the problem and sample files
  2. 2
    STEP 02

    Written proposal

Scope, deliverables, formats, schedule, assumptions, exclusions and price, set out in writing before work begins.

    You approve, adjust or decline
  3. 3
    STEP 03

    Kickoff and onboarding

We confirm your standards and templates, system access, how files are exchanged, named contacts on both sides and a review cadence.

You provide standards, access and a reviewer
  4. 4
    STEP 04

    Production with checkpoints

Work moves through agreed milestones, with interim outputs at review points so direction can change early.

    You review interim outputs
  5. 5
    STEP 05

    Review and delivery

Each deliverable is checked against the criteria in the proposal before it reaches you, and your comments are handled within the agreed revision rounds.

    You accept against agreed criteria
  6. 6
    STEP 06

    Ongoing support, where it applies

One-off deliverables close at handover. Services that run continuously, such as managed IT, marketing and reporting, continue as a monthly service.

    Only for ongoing services
How we are different

Every model has its place, and here is where we fit

In-house teams, freelancers and specialist teams each suit different situations. Leveraige is the right fit when you want specialists across disciplines, working to your standards, on a defined scope.

Quality and security

Reviewed before it reaches you, with access limited to what the work requires

Your documents, systems, networks and data are sensitive. Quality checks and data handling are agreed in each scope.

Acceptance criteria agreed up front

Each proposal lists formats, standards, level of detail and review steps for every deliverable, so “done” is defined before work starts.

Review before release

Each deliverable is reviewed against the agreed criteria before it is sent. Issues you raise are tracked until they are closed.

Traceable revisions

Deliverables are versioned and issued with notes on what changed, what was assumed and what is still open for your team.

Access limited to the scope

  • Only the systems the work requires
  • Accounts you create and can revoke
  • File exchange on your platform
  • Confidentiality agreement on request
  • Return or deletion of files when the work ends, as agreed
FAQs

Your questions, answered

Practical answers on scope, pricing, timing and data handling. Every service page has its own FAQs as well.

What does outcome as a service mean?

Software as a service sells you access to a tool. Outcome as a service sells you the result. You tell us the outcome you need, such as a launch-ready website, a working dashboard, a steadier network or an automated process, and we deliver to it, using emerging technologies and human-AI collaboration to augment, automate and accelerate the work.

Which kinds of organizations do you work with?

Organizations of different sizes that need specialist capability without building every team in-house. Each engagement is scoped around your own workflows, systems and terminology, so we start on your problem without a long ramp-up.

Can we start with one small piece of work?

Yes, and many clients prefer to. A website audit, a network and security assessment, a process review or a dashboard prototype is a practical way to evaluate how we work before committing to more.

How is pricing structured?

Every proposal states which pricing model applies. The common options are:

  • Fixed price for well-defined deliverables such as an assessment, a website or an integration.
  • Time and materials for open-ended or evolving work, with a not-to-exceed figure where useful.
  • Monthly for ongoing services such as managed IT, marketing or reporting.

The proposal also lists exclusions and what would change the price.

How quickly can you start, and how long does work take?

Start dates and durations depend on scope and current workload, so we commit to both in the proposal rather than quoting a generic turnaround. If you have a fixed deadline, such as a launch, an audit or a go-live, say so in your first message and we will confirm early whether we can meet it.

How will we communicate during a project?

At kickoff we agree named contacts on both sides, the channel (email, Microsoft Teams or your project platform), working hours, response times and a regular check-in. Milestone reviews are scheduled in advance.

Will you work in our software and to our standards?

That is the default. We work to your templates, standards, naming conventions and brand guidelines, inside the platforms you already use where access allows. If a deliverable needs a tool or version we don’t use, the proposal says so.

How do you handle our files and confidential information?

Access is limited to the systems the scope requires, through accounts you control, and files are exchanged on your platform where possible. We sign a confidentiality agreement on request, and files are returned or deleted when the work ends, as agreed. Please don’t send confidential documents through the website form.

Who owns the deliverables?

Ownership and usage terms are set out in the proposal and agreement. Any pre-existing tools or components we use are identified up front.

What if we’re not sure which service we need?

Describe the problem rather than the service. The form routes your note to the specialists whose work matches it, and the scoping call is where we agree what is actually needed.
